What is Speech?
Speech and language are terms used to describe how humans communicate. Speech is the ability to articulately express thoughts and concepts through vocal sounds. It also refers to the act of performing this function. It is also one of the main ways in communicating with other people
Types of Speech
There are 4 types of Speeches it can be used to

To Inform
To inform is to deliver information to your audience . Your information must be accurate, pertinent, and understandable.

To Instruct
To instruct is an act of giving orders, commands, or procedures to the audience.

To Entertain
To Entertain is to provide the audience amusement and enjoyment or to give attention/ consideration to an idea or feeling

To Persuade
To Persuade is to cause the audience to believe or to provide a valid reason to convince them in doing something

They don't preclude one another in any way. When making your presentation, you might have numerous goals in mind. For instance, you may strive to inform in a fun way.
